Units that are regularly maintained result in far fewer breakdowns and provide peace-of-mind that the doors will safely open if there is loss of power or in an emergency. We will replace or quote to replace, any parts that are worn before they cause the unit to fail.
Scheduled maintenance checks are also a building code compliance requirement for doors that come under Specified Systems SS3/1 – Automatic Doors, SS3/2 – Access Controlled Doors, SS15/2 – Final Exits, SS15/3 – Fire Doors and SS15/5 – Smoke Doors.
